    Good Morning everyone!

    I hope you all slept well, and the scales have moved for you this morning :D:D:D

    I had a lovely sleep - I didn't sleep too well the night before, so I made up for it last night! :p

    What is everyone's plans today? I have a pile of washing to get through and I really must dig out the duster (the dust in my flat is shameful - I could write my name in it :sigh:)

    Also I'll be doing some more exercise on the wii fitness coach, need to get my bum in gear! ;)

    Well today I'm off to see a friend and her kids, so at least my kids will not be as bored today and less likely to drive me round the twist!!

    Went to the Gym last night and did quite a bit of weights work and 250 sit ups!!! Was quite impressed with myself, until I got home and realised I'd done too much and felt like crap!

    Weighed myself this morning and according to my scales i've dropped 7lb since WI... so I'm hopeful that tomorrow my CDC's scales will say similar!

    Any how, enough of my waffle... hope everyone has a fab day and keep focused!

    Morning! I am feeling really bright and breezy this morning (the scales finally moved so that helped!)

    Today I will be mostly interviewing graduates for a job.

    Emma, I couldn't sleep last night, tossed and turned for ages ! Grrrr !I am also going to do some washing, hopefully the dun will stay out !

    Elay hope you have a good day with your friends and WOW 250 sit ups ! You must have a washboard for a stomach ! WOW 7lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a weight loss this week for you !

    Morning Guru hope the interviews go well !

    I have my sister, Bro in Law Nephew aged 6 and Niece 16 weeks over for the day, not sure what we are going to be doing as I have about £2 to my name - roll on Friday - pay day !!!!! Also I haven't a lot of petrol in my car - it's one of those weeks !

    Making them a lovely meal tonight but I will be having my porridge !

    I am actually going off the porridge now and all I have left for today is a porridge, a soup (yack) and 1 shake !

    I am going all shakes and bars next week, my tastes are changing !

    Weigh day tomorrow so lots of water today me thinks !

    Charley - WOW busy day for you lady! I hope you have fun!
    ELAY - 250 situps is amazing hun, well done sweetie! Sounds like you are fighting fit!!!

    Well my scales have moved 2lb this morning, so I'm on track. Going to be getting my blender out today (I've been having mostly tetra's lately) But I want to save them for the weekend, when I'll be out and about quite a bit.

    I am having the same. It seems day-to-day I my preferences are changing! yesterday I had to choke down the porridge but for about 5 days before that it was all I looked forward to and right at the beginning it nearly made me sick! I just can't understand myself. :confused:
    I guess that is why it is a good reason to not just get 21 of one kind because if I mystically change my mind mid week I'd be screwed.

    Morning all - I'm at work, another busy day. Scales haven't shifted for me since WI but not too worried, there'll be some sort of change before WI I am sure! (Particularly given that am not having a WI for 2 weeks)

    Busy busy - already done a litre of water tho so am pleased. And my friend said she was considering not being friends with me any more as I'd got too skinny next to her. (she doesnt' mean it) - but not even two stone off and people are saying things like that....what on earth will they say when I hit four stone or ultimate goal of five?!!

    Morning all, I'm seriously considering goinf back to bed. TOTM arrived after weigh in last night and I feel awful. It's times like this where I'd normally nip to the big yellow 'M' and get some naughty yet comforting.....

    Moring all!!

    Hope everyone is well. 250 sit ups??? are you crazy? I'd love to be able to go to the gym but my back is like glass, if I were to hurt it i'd be in bed for 2 weeks. don't fancy that much.

    scales haven't moved for me today. WI tomorrow though and I fear another 2lb loss, I know everyone says 2lb is great and it all adds up but it would be for the 3rd week in a row. If I have another 2lb loss after that then I would have only lost 8lb in 4 weeks, thats not a stone a month is it? far from it?!

    So am feeling a little deflated today, I am tired too and next doors dogs are sending me loopy with their constant barking.

    Guess I wont get much work done today either.

    Maybe I should get dressed for a start and have a shake, That'll help.

    Morning everyone...busy morning for me already. I've done the washing and it's now flapping around in the fresh sea breeze, I've been to Sainsbury and done the shopping for husband and also for friends coming to lunch at the weekend. The plumber has arrived to install our new bathroom (yippeee - we'll have a proper loo again by the end of the day! It's not easy drinking all my water and not being able to get into the bathroom I can tell you! About to pop out with my mum for a couple of hours then it's off to bed for the afternoon (hopefully plumber will not be too noisy??) and the first of 2 nightshifts tonight. I'm exhausted just reading that back! Hope everyone has a great 100% day.:)

    good morning everyone! oh my god elay, 250 sit ups, i would actually die. well done on the weight loss too!

    my day is blissful so far, my boss is away, i am not being forced to watch australia play rubbish cricket for at least a week and i have started ss+ which is fabulous, doing it for at least a week, maybe 2 depending on losses.

    got weighed this morning, lost 3.5lbs taking me to 13 stone dead. i'm pleased BUT i am dieing to get a 12 on the scales, 13 has been the longest stone. i have hidden the scales in the car so i won't go and get them in the morning, determined not to weight for a week. i'll let ss+ work it's magic, and would like to lose at least 2lbs. this final little bit is going to be slow and steady i think.

    also i am wearing size 14 trousers and a 12 top! very pleased with that, don't think i'll drop another size down bottom but am happy with a 14.

    and got measured last night, my waist is now 31 inches and hips 40! i have lost 18 inches from my waist since i started cd. this diet is actually amazing!

    anyway, hope everyone is having a fab 100% day, whatever plan you're on! x

    Gosh Minxie- I feel exhausted just reading that!!!
    I thought I'd come and say hello today! Have a huge list of jobs to do today but my two little ones were so naughty yesterday I might just have to take them out for the day! Have my weigh in this morning. For some reason I don't feel like I've lost anything this week. Not sure why really as have been sticking to plan (although I think I have always been a little over generous with my veg portions!)
    I find it really hard to get myself going in the morning- i'd much rather be on here!
