Did the shred day 3 yesterday so have earned 3pp this week so far, plan on doing it everyday but life might get in the way! I have a busy day training tomorrow but hoping I can get it done in the evening. I will be doing it in the evening tonight. Too sore and tired this morning so hoping the littlest one goes for a nap while the big one is at preschool!

Just sorting out todays PP had a fry up this morning so will dip into my weeklies today to cover extra food.

No shred done today, fell asleep with my toddler oops!

Quick catch up. Training went well, had 2 bourbons and took a small portion of pasta/ham/mayo. Dinner was KFC. Used quite a few PPs today - still have some left

After doing quite well with exercise last week I've really struggled this week, I have kept up the fluids though. Looking into joining the gym but again depends on prices!

It's a fair amount tbh. I had 90g today as I had 11pp left after pointing all meals up - thank god it's shopping day tomorrow! Can't wait ti get more RF pate. Proper missed my little snacks the last couple of days.

Have an appointment at the gym at 2pm tomorrow to go over prices. Praying it's not too much. Hubby is only working 3/4days atm so I defo have time for me time!

Shocked especially after the amount I ate last night, but I weighed 3 times and each the same. Total loss is now 24.5lbs - Really want to hit 2st by the end of March!

Went to the gym today and managed to do everything barr one set of weights as a man just hogged the machine! He was on it for nearly 20 minutes and kept taking really long breaks grrrr!!!

No gym tomorrow as have voluntary training. Fun fun!

Used a few weeklies yesterday. Hubby bought me a mars bar so of course it had to be eaten! Toddler is still infectious from chicken pox and my childcare fell through so no training for me today. Hubby doesn't start til 3pm tomorrow so will be hitting the gym before lunch as that's when it's quite.
