Wii Fit Club

Hey! This is a great idea, i love my wii fit, and wii fit plus, but i have been very lazy and not used it for sometime, you have inspired me to get my booty on it again, starting tonight! Which exercises to you guys use? Any recommendations? x
i personaly like doing the hula and the running games. am still working my way through them as not had the wii fit board for long. think about 10 days!
we post our games and scores on here daily.
i havnt been able to use mine today. will do double time tomorrow :D
 
I quite like hula, although you can def feel the burn! Running i do but don't really like, i quite like the step class and boxing. The kung fu too, but it doesn't burn many kcals! I am so bad at the balance games. I think i will start posting what i do and my scores on here! Great motivation! x
 
Morning all... 45 mins done this morning & I got my bronze piggy!!

ski jump 365 after about 10 jumps. kept failing lol

yes i do, it counts calories for everything you do. must of it just a few calories a time but i have found that the hula and the running burns the most.
havnt been able to do the boxing yet as im scared of knocking the kids out!
will get that wii code for you later. not played mario for ages. :D

i wouldnt know if it had new games as i am new to it!
there is still a lot of games that i havnt managed to play yet. hoping to ttry them out now the kids are back at school.
shopping for a new freezer later to store all the atkins meat :D
 
I tried the running Linz, it's not as bad as you think it's gonna be lol :D

Doesn't look like the wii fit plus has that much more though does it? Think I'll get the wii dance instead ;) x
 
Ive got the Hannah Montana game (yes im a child) and thats great fun :)
