If you just stopped CD without working up the plans there's almost a certainty that you'll gain some of the weight back.

Some of the weight lost in the first week is water as people rarely drink as much as they should each week and therefore retain but when you start drinking litres of the stuff it all comes off and there are also your glycogen stores. Once you start eating carbs again they will fill up and show on the scale.

If you did stop it may seem like you have a first week all over again but really you'll just be losing what you've put on by stopping.

A better option may be to go up to 810 or 1000 temporarily to 'shake up' your metabolism and you'll see the weight loss start again.

BTW - 18lbs is a great amount to lose in 4 weeks! Your body may be adjusting the the weight loss and it'll average out soon enough.
