Wine at weekend :o(

I haven't done very well as I started CD on Wednesday and although I dont find it easy at all I managed to be good !!!then Saturday and I lost it and drank a bottle of wine and ate a bag of crisps 139cals!! I would not mind but had made myself a Spinach/mushrooom omlette which felt like a banquet pn the same day and then just lost it in the eveing... I have been good today so do you think I will still lose weight on Tuesday x :(
 
Alcohol when you're in ketosis is very dangerous. There's a thread in the FAQ section. Please don't be tempted
