Hi all after buy two lots of online membership and not dieting I am trying it by myself. I think I have a good idea of the rules and a PDF I downloaded when a member so I'm going to give it a go. Currently 10.6 and would like to be 8.4 again. 4 babies in 5 years gained my two stone and if I'm honest comfort eating.

I'm starting tomorrow

Please correct me if you see I'm doing anything wrong or have any useful links to recipes or food diaries. Thanks x
 
So day one. Please feel free to pick fault with my food as I appreciate the help!!

Breakfast 3x coffee with milk and sweetener

Lunch omelette with 2 x eggs small onion 2 slices of ham and 20g of cheddar cheese cooked in fry light

Snack one pepparami min 1 syn

I think 4syns for the cheddar
