Wish me luck, making truffles this afternoon

My eldest daughter wants me to help her make oreo cookie truffles this afternoon to give to DH for Valentines. All that chocolate and biscuits. Feeling strong at the mo, hope it continues once I start.

tis done and i didn't even lick my fingers. Just hope they taste as good as they look. Wonder if I can hide one until I get to goal. 5 kids and a skinny chocoholic DH, NO WAY, lol. Oh well, I've enjoyed the smell. now I've just got to get all three girls clean again....
