Hi .... I'm a lipotrim girl... Well I was lost 2 stone in nov/dec last year and so far kept it off... On a mission now to lose last 10lbs by upping my exercise and eating less carbs ... I tend to do fab for 3 days then slip but I'm maintaining .... So must be doing ok... Miss carbs though now I just have bread or potatoes on Saturday.... And very few carbs as a rule.... Think that's what has kept me stable .. But I do get bored... X
