gratefull! had a carb day on saturday(iced donut, fish cake, donner kebab, and some fudge pieces, very naughty day, so i could go out and get very drunk on sat night , had brill time.

Feeling ill with cold, again aiming for getting into 14s next week :sigh:
 
I am aiming for the 14's too, you dont have as far and have done great up to now, let' have a little healthy competition x
