Has anyone had any experience with WW, i only have a stone a bit till my optimin weight and i believe this is why im hardly losing weight on this diet. ive even started calories counting along side SW to see if it helps and ive lost the grand total of 1lb in nearly 4 weeks!

    Is WW better.?

Both diets are really successful but very different. Youll find most SW people hate the whole points and portions thing. Personally I absolutely love WW, tried SW and after the novelty of the first week passed I hated SW. Found it SO restrictive and repetitive.

I love the fact I can eat anything at all on WW. Socialising is so easy, specially with the help of an Eating Out Guide ;) and if you have a day when you get the munchies it doesnt mean writing off your whole day. Points really really are very flexible.

If youre getting nowhere on SW, why not at least give WW a go. I would however stop counting calories if youre doing WW or SW, it gets too confusing :)

Hi guys, hope you don't mind me tossing in my thoughts on this. There's nothing in the SW that should make it restrictive and repetitive. It's people's choices that make it that way.

But as said, both SW and WW are very good, recognised, healthy plans so if you feel that you need a change then go for it. I do think you might find it useful to think about the reasons why you are struggling though, as changing plans won't necessarily address any underlying issues.

    Good luck!

Possibly was down to my choices but compared to WW that's how I found it. I find WW is much more flexible and things like eating out are so much easier. my diet is much more varied and my losses much more consistent.
