    When were you intending to honk? I usually honk immediately after my last shake, around 7.30-8pm even though I don't go to bed until around 11-12pm, because it helps me psychologically put the day to bed, as it were. Once I've honked it feels like I've turned something off in my mind and I don't think about food. I would never cheat once I've told everyone here I've been 100% so it totally closes the door on that eventuality and I just don't think about food or, if I do, I immediately dismiss the thought.
