i used that as an incentive when i joined virgin after 3 months he ledt and i went once a week and sat in the sauna...... cheating i tell ya

now joined my local lesuire center where at size 16 i'm the thinnest person there

Hya I really enjoyed it, felt so good afterwards.
Didn't do anything too mad, just 15 mins walking on treadmill, 20 mins on x trainer & then a few toning exercises.
