    Week 2 and 3 3/4 lbs down I wanted more but hey its better than nothing right?

    I'm happy I have wanted to give it twice now and I've resisted and not cheated once.Last week I was on AAM and I'm lucky I stayed in keytosis the whole time so hopefully this week I'll lose more as I wont be doing AAM :D

    How s everyone else getting on?x
