Hello all fellow devout SS'ers!!!! Wooooo wee have our own space - how exciting!!!!

I have been SS'ing for nearly 3 weeks now and have so far lost 2 stone...only another 9ish stone to go!

I am going on Hols at the end of next month and have decided to do AAMW whilst I am away - basically plan to spend the week eating chicken breasts and cod done on the bbq with courgettes - yummy :D So got myself focused on that now...

After that I will AAMW again in mid september as going to centre parcs for a few days, then plan to SS 100% until christmas (not sure what to do about my birthday yet, which is in october). Hopefully by christmas I will have at least 6 stone off - how exciting!!!!!!

What are everyone elses plans? How long have you been SS 100% and how much longer do you plan to? How much more do you have to lose?

    WELL DONE BISH BOSH

can I just say 2 st in 3 weeks  you are amazing!

I have 8st to lose possibly 9 if I decide to go furthur It's my wedding next Sept but I want to be at goal for April 4th my birthday then I can go wedding dress shopping!!:)

it's my 3rd day of ss+ing and I'm doing ok feeling the need for tea and coffee but cant stand them with out milk. I chose the +200kcal meal it makes me feel like I've had a proper dinner, which I think in the long run (cause lets face we're in this for a while) means I will stick to it.

    Hi guys.
I've been ss'ing for nearly 6 weeks. (WI on monday)
And I plan to keep going till Xmas. Should be nearly there by then!!
I go out for a family meal every saturday, and either have black coffee, or a boullion and havent even been tempted yet. So i have no plans to take a break for anything, inc my birthday in October.
(i done 6 months on atkins, and took the night off for a party, that was 6 yrs ago lol. couldnt get back to it!)
    CD all the way!!!!!

I make sure i have my shake before i go, and i stay in ketosis well, no hunger pangs, so dont feel the need to eat.
i save my bar for later on at home, but i used to take half of it with me incase i faltered while they were having dessert lol
its just my way of life these days...

I have been SSing for six weeks now and still have about 2 stones (ish...) to go and have been 100%. Got into size 12 jeans today and I am so pleased. I am just under 11 stone at the moment and would like to get back to 9 stone or there abouts. I don't like to go by the numbers, so I will decide by how I look at the time. I think if I have got this far which is just about the halfway point, I can see it through until the end. I feel more focused this time and I love the shakes, soups etc and this makes it easier.

Are 100% LT allowed on this subforum or is it only for people doing CD?

personally I'd think it was bit exclusive if it wasn't for LT people too. I don't think the intention of this sub forum was to limit only CD people looking and posting but just to insure we had an area more like the LT area really. I say welcome but I'm not the oracle :)

Good luck to you Twinksy ... you certainly can see it through to the end.

Thank-you Dancing. I'm confident that I will this time. Feel in a more positive place and this is making me more focused than on previous diets. I would always get down to about 10st 12ish and then lose the plot and it would just start creeping back on again. I'm just sick and tired of clothes not looking good on me and feeling chunky.I'm quite small and it isn't a good look. So, it's time I did something about it. It will be a struggle to keep the weight off but I am trying to re-educate myself whilst SSing. It's good to talk to people that are equally determined to make the diet work for them. We aren't all perfect and we do slip-up but I am not going to make excuses for myself anymore. If I want to lose weight, I have to stick to the diet even if it is tough at times. It's a journey we have to go on to get to where we want to be,and there are obstacles in the way, but at least facing the obstacles shows you are still on the journey. :)

Wow that is a fantastic weight loss!!! Are we allowed to SS for as long as we want? I get confused at that bit, as I really don't want to do an AAMW before christmas!!
