I've decided to change my target weight to 9st 7lbs, as then i will be 'normal' BMI instead of 10st 7lbs as I would still be classed as overweight, ive changed it because i'm doing so well on this diet that i have more confidence to get to 9st 7lbs. Jeans already slipping down and smaller clothes already fitting me :) so happy!
