Worcestershire sauce

Does anyone know if we can use Worcestershire sauce? I've tried herbs and spices to make the cottage pie more interesting but its not enough. Does anyone know??

I have to say, I use it almost every day. I love the stuff. Not sure if it's allowed but it's certainly done me no harm xx

I was wondering if there was a list of condiments etc somewhere that are allowed ? it sure would be nice to have something on my salad leaves other than s&p
