What a great thread, I am going to bear these words of wisdom in mind the next time I'm lacking motivation - its true that its a not a diet but a lifestyle change! :)
 
Mine would be don't try to lose it all in a week. It took a long time to get to your starting weight, it will take time therefore to get to your target Remember 1-2lbs per week is normal, even if you feel disappointed. Finally split your weight loss into 1/2 stone sections and aim for those not the full amount you want to lose. It can feel overwhelming
