words of motivation needed please

Hi its me again
Hi guys, restarted on monday and it has been ok the last couple of days but am feeling low today. TOTM is due anyday as well.

I am really struggling with the water intake as well.

It would be so easy to say "bugga it" and go eat something.

No don't give up! It will get better, I promise. I know the TOTM feeling, I have it currently. Give yourself a bit of a pampering session, it takes your mind off food, and also cheers you up a bit. Otherwise, make a hot drink and snuggle up warm, it'll pass. If nothing else will do, and to avoid going completely off track, you could have another pack, or a small meal of chicken an veg?
