Working nights?!

I don't know why I do but I manage to eat a load of rubbish while working nights. This is my second of four. Can anyone give me any hints of what I can do? I have decent meal before starting my shift but always tend to start snaking around now.
Any ideas of how to curb the sugar craving around stupid o'clock in the morning would be great!!!
