I do not think it will kill you, as long as you stick to white and green veg on our list and tuna has no sauce on it just grilled or baked wih no fats. I went out in my 1st week my friend had 50BD so could not say no I have had just small peice of grilled chicken and some green salad, still lost over 7lb. But I do go to the gym 2- 3 times week and do at least 40 min cardio.
