I made this (with extra lean beef mince) and it was really dry... Anyone have any ideas? If I use lamb how many syns does it work out?

When I first made this, I did it with extra lean beef to make it syn free...but it's definitely better with lean lamb mince (which I picked up in tesco)

It's 2 syns for 100g x
