amethyst. you poor thing. keep up the good work. it is hard getting back into something like this after having some time off, but you can do it!! you can. if you decide to wait until after the wedding make sure that you keep it sensible and at least stay the same as you are now. you don't want to undo some of your hard hard work. just keep the goal line in sight! you can do it hon!!

tell me about it... i broke ss for a wedding on may 3rd and have regretted it ever since!

what a s0d... could've been at goal or at least near if i hadnt take a night/ month off ss!

i am back on ss now for 23 days so at least i know there is an end in sight and something to work towards!

anyone reading this DO NOT TAKE BREAKS IF THEY ARE NOT 100% ESSENTIAL... you will regret it if you cant get back on track afterwards. look at my stats to see what can happen!

    ggggrrrrr!!!!

Ah hun, it's hard to get back on the wagon after a break and knowing that the wedding is coming up maybe you should focus on a restart after that and just do what you can between now and then. Have your packs ready for Monday morning and get on here first thing. In the meantime try to cut back on the carbs( hard I know!!) and drink loads of water. you've done so well up till now don't let this one little detour make you give up on the journey xx

I agree its so hard to restart, but worth it when you get back on the wagon as it makes you more determined not to fall off again!!!

Why not enjoy the wedding then start monday, you've had really good weight loss. If you worry and stress about it you wont enjoy the occaision its not a race you're new body is for life so a few more days out wont matter in the long run.
