and im addicted love it trouble is dont want to be too greedy lol
but definatly will be doing that again made it with quorn sausauges red onions peppers and bacon

There lovely arnt they? I make mine with a tub of quark 4 eggs and some veggies. Its really good and the hubby will eat it too so less cooking lol! I half tend to have it with veggies. As i find it quite filling so makes a nice high protein meal too if your doing the red.

I done one yesterday with onion and pepper 3 eggs and some cottege cheese its lovely hubby took some to work with him today for lunch
