    wow carol, well done, am glad to see that you're back into it, that's great.

    ive just come back from weeks hols, had a fab time and ate what i wanted, was lovely! have been off the plan for just over two weeks now as had a wedding the weeken before. i am starting again tomorrow, and my weigh in is on weds so will see how much damage i've done! hope i can stick to it again like you have, just want to get rid of this last bit!
