WS/SS Thread - Meal Ideas and more...

My menu is a tad dull today:

B/fast - Strawb shake
Lunch - Vanilla shake
Tea - Chicken and herb garden salad, baked pear with cinnamon
Snack - Banana shake
 
Mine's a bit dull too Gaynor

Breakfast: 1/2 Strawberry Shake
Mid-morning: 1/2 Tomato & Basil Soup
Lunch: 1/2 Strawberry Shake
Mid Afternoon:1/2 Tomato & Basil Soup
Dinner: Chicken Salad with Balsamic Vinager
Supper: Nut and Raisin Bar
 
As long as it keeps working "dull" is fine with me...we can get a lot more exciting when we get to goal. :)

I was just thinking about when i was about a stone off target last time...i had so much confidence and was like a different person...i think i posted some pics here on minimins and a summary of how i felt
Then had another baby and it all went t*ts up. Ha ha!

I'll see if i can find that thread and try and post it here.

He-he-he. It was probably more to do with my increased libido:lilkiss:. I wasn't quite swinging from the chandeliers but it came pretty close;)

Lunch - Chicken and stir fried veg
Tea - Banana shake
Snks - Strawb shake, 5 pecan nuts < (I couldn't help it lol)

My day has been:

B: Muesli
L: banana shake
D: Chicken and veg stir fry
Snacks: grapes and strawberries with natural yoghurt
 
What is it about the nice hot weather that makes you less hungry, i almost forgot to have my shakes today
