These can be made as 1 or 3 points! Breadcrumbs are 2 tablespoons for 1 pro point so you can calculate depending on how crispy you'd like them and how many points you have to play with! 
Have made these several times and they are yummy!
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (1 point)
Egg white beaten lightly (0 points)
........sometimes I use a egg with a yolk because it's a little yummier if so add (2 points)
One large onion (0 points)
Few sprays of fry light (0 points)
Pinch of dry mixed herbs (0 points)
Cut onion across so you have onion whole rings.
Mix breadcrumbs and mixed herbs together.
Spray overproof dish with a couple of squirts of fry light.
Dip onion rings into egg white
Dip onion into breadcrumb mix and onto oven proof dish.
Bake in over at 180 for 30 minutes or until nice and crispy!
