    Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if someone could help me out here. I don't live in the UK so finding treats that everyone recommends wih low syn value is really difficult here. However, have found quite a few WW products. The only things I can not find the syn value for are WW oat digestive biscuits. I have only had 1 crushed in to a Mullerlight yogurt and is was lovely! However, I don't want to eat the other one until I know the syn value!!!

    Does anyone know??
    Thanks everyone! :)

Look at the calories - 20 calories = 1 syn.

you can work out loads of things this way - only on foods that have NO Free food allowance, so things like treats, sweets, biscuits, crisps etc will always fall into this category.
