Sunday 17th

Breakfast: 5 ryvita crackerbreads (3) with 35g light Philadelphia (1)

Lunch: 4 low fat turkey rashers (2), small tin of baked beans (3), 2 eggs (5) and one babybel light (1)

Afternoon snack: packet of crisps (5)

Supper: chicken breast (4), couscous (3) and mashed swede

Evening snack: 0% peach Activia yoghurt (2) with 1/2 tin of drained peaches
Exercise:
​45 minute dog walk :chores016: and 45 minutes at the gym (30 on crosstrainer and 15 on treadmill) :whacky068:

Total = 29 out of 31 PPs

It feels like I've eaten loads today and I am stuffed! :D

Monday 18th

Grrrrrr, why am I so hungry and miserable on Mondays?! :(

Breakfast: 5 ryvita crackerbreads (3) with 30g light Phildelphia (1)

Morning snack: Activia peach yoghurt (2) and tinned peaches

Lunch: cold omelette with ham and mushrooms (7)

Afternoon snack: packet of crisps (5)

Supper: grilled salmon (6), couscous (4) and roasted courgette slices (0)

Evening snack: Muller light yoghurt (2) with satsuma segments and blueberries (0)

Total = 30 out of 31 daily PPs

Tuesday 19th

Breakfast: 5 ryvita crackerbreads (3) with 35g light Philadelphia cream cheese (1)

Morning snack: strawberries

Lunch: omelette with mushrooms and ham (7)

Afternoon snack: packet of crisps (5)

Supper: fajita seasoned chicken (5), peppers and mushrooms (0) and a healthy living tortilla (5)

Evening snack: 2 crumpets with marmite (5)

Total = 31 / 31

Wednesday 20th

Breakfast: 2 baked eggs with one babybel light sprinkled on top (5)

Morning snack: fruit salad

Lunch: 2 Warburton's sandwich thins - one with tuna and one with salmon (10)

Afternoon snack: 2 babybel light (2)

Supper: turkey rashers (2), baked beans (3) and chinese spice stir fried veg

Evening snack: Walkers sunbites (3) and Walkers ready salted crisps (5)

Total = 30/31

Friday 22nd

I'm not even writing yesterday down because it was shameful. :( I resisted cake and chocolate at work then got home and stuffed my face with about 6 dark chocolate digestives and a big bag of crisps. :rolleyes: I blame my period and being over tired. Today has been much better though.

Breakfast: 5 ryvita crackerbreads (3) and 35g light Phildelphia (1)

Lunch: roasted veg with couscous (4) and ham (3)

Dinner: turkey rashers (5), baked beans (3) scrambled eggs with cheese (7) and mushrooms

Snacks: peach Activia (2) with peaces slices, banana and Walkers sunbites (3)

Saturday 23rd

I stayed the same which I am fine with. I didn't have a great week and I'm on my period. I usually gain 2-3lbs when I'm 'on', so this is good for me. I feel motivated to have a better week. :)

Breakfast: 5 ryvita crackerbreads (3) with 35g light Philadelphia (1) and a banana (0)

Lunch: coucous (4) with stir-fried peppers and onions (0) and ham (3)

Dinner: piri piri bag & bake chicken (6) with homemade sweet potato chips (5) and roasted veg

Snacks: 2 mini scones from M&S (5) and sunbites (3)

Total = 30/31 propoints

Dinner: chicken and veg casserole (4)

Evening snack: piece of tiger bread baguette (4)

Total = 31/31 propoints

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs (5)

Morning snack: banana

Lunch: tuna sandwich (5)

Afternoon snack: hobnob oaty biscuit (2), weetabix oaty bar (2) and crisps (3)

Supper:
chicken (2) with cous cous (4) and stir fried veg (0)

Evening snack: 2 crumpets with marmite and cheese (8) :)D so delicious!)

Total = 31/31 propoints
