    Hi,

    Just been prescribed Xenical.

Is the rule of 5g of fat SATURATE Fat or just fat? Sorry confused.

Also I preseume you can have different items of food on the same plate as long as each item of food is less than 5g per 100g? Or is it 5g per 100g for the whole meal?

    Does that make sense?

    Thanks :)

    Hello and welcome aboard :)

If you have a quick read of the sticky at the top of the xenical page by Pinki Punkstar, she explains everything, clearly about xenical. It helped me understand :D

Good luck, keep posting. I look forward to chatting with you :)

    Thank you.

So on a food label am I looking at:

    'Fat'
    or
    'of which saturates'

Obviously the fat which saturates is a lower number than the FAT so I am not clear which one I should be using from the label?
