Was weigh in day as changed day with having class nearer to me, was out in morning so didnt eat till after weigh in so i had total 36 left

Half a tray of donner meat, 1/2 portion of chips

Half of 9" garlic bread

1 x diary milk little bars

will work out points but im putting 36 for that day

Been busy shopping today and other duties and only ate at tea time grrr know not good but hopefully be ok tomorrow.

Omg only just got new computer so i havent been able to track online my food diary's for past few days and not eaten alot neither :confused::confused::(:(:( just hope i sts or lose on monday eeek.

Well nearly midday and still had nothing *slaps wrists* right i best go and cook something as i got loads of fruit that probably be up soon on date grrrr and will be wasted so im gonna make a nice smoothie for later. Best go make a egg sandwich for dinner and having chicken tikka (homemade) hopefully in some wraps with some salad and bit of mint yoghurt from asda (diet one) and will probably do tracker later on

p,s with having a new gaming computer i cant hardly get on as kids think its fun to play on it on the sims 3 and i wanna have a go :cry:, and they wanna download new games too hehehe oh well joy of motherhood :D:D

lmfao i need a good virtual slap honest hahaha, no ive been so busy last week but now everything has settle down and so have i, and im back on track as from today :D. I have gone down another pp (cant understand how when ive only lost 3lbs and not in next stone bracket :confused::confused:) but going to make myself eat good healthy stuff this week and see if i can shift this last 4lbs for first half stone.

I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!
