Thanks lost a lb, tbh i thought would lose more, but when i realised i didnt eat all my dailies or eaten well all week.

Well i aint got diary for wed, or thurs because its been non stop and stayed within points well maybe less so hopefully will be tracking for today if no one ruins the day hahaha.

Son in a summer fayre tomorrow doing his gymnastics and i think i will take some fruit so i dont go towards the burger/hotdog stall lolol, right thats its today and will put my diary later.

Total **** day :cry: totally dreading weigh in on wednesday.

Didnt eat till after 3 today and then when had my dinner tonight it was fecking horrid so going to get a egg on toast in a sec and hot chocolate

Not had good week food wise, but ive stayed within pp's everyday so i should have a loss, but do you know when you feel a gain and tight clothes coming on, well thats me all week :cry:

Well didnt have sausage butty last night as was to tired, and im dreading weigh in tomorrow grrrrrrr, last three weeks was really excited :sigh:. I dont want that excitement to go as i want to carry on with ww and lose for good this time.

Im planning today's meals now so hopefully will stick to it, i find if i plan few days i always change them cos i dont feel like having what im having, so in future i need to get meat outta freezer in morning and just plan that day :D

Hope i lose a good lb tomoz ill be over moon :D
