I dont think im going to make it to class tonight it my dd birthday And shes going bowling and having dinner out with her riends, i dont think ill make it up in time, i think my consultant does another class, ill check my weight later on the wii anyway (checked it last tues and is same as my class ), gonna try to get to class another night so will update soon.

My weekend didnt end up being to bad , a bit over on sat but not that bad so fingers crossed, but it is my * week so well see!

Well done everyone who's weighed in so far this week. I'm not sure if mine counts because I weighed on different scales (on holiday so a different group) but I lost 11! I've looked back over my 14 weeks on plan and I do seem to have a big loss every few weeks so I'm hoping that at least most of it is real though I'll know for sure next week. I can't copy and paste the list because I'm on a laptop and don't know how lol, it's being weird. Good luck everyone still to weigh.
