Yayyyyyyyyy just had my 9th weigh in.I was on the 1000cals because of beng poorly last week.I honestly thought I had put weight on! Anyway I lost 3lbs.I can't believe it

That brings my total to 3st 3lb which is just fab! Only another 2st 2lb to go
