It's hard but gives you a lot of satisfaction afterwards. I was on week 2 last saturday night when we went away on a hen night, stayed over in a lovely hotel too. I had my cranberry bar and lots of water during the night - NO ALCOHOL! - and next morning at breakfast i had a pot of black coffee and a large jug of water while all around me were having sausages and bacon, it paid off, i was down 8lbs on week 2 too. grand total of 16lbs in 2 weeks!!!
