    Tea - Spaghetti Bolognese (Free SW Recipe) (Quorn Mince, beef stock, passata, onion, mushroom, garlic, seasoning) with 28g cheese (HexA)

    250ml glass of milk - (HexA)

    Dessert - Tesco Finest Triple Chocolate Shortbread (2 days worth of syns)

    Snack - Banana and Shape Zero Yoghurt
