its where you have all the points in the week that you would usually have but vary them over the days, so for example on saturday I had 33 points, today I am having 19! I would usually be on 23 per day....hope that explains it. if not, google it and there is a few sites on it.

It does work really well. Rather like the calorie cycling that calorie counters do. Besides getting the metabolism working again, I found it kept my interest up and stopped me getting in too much of a rut food wise.

The Wendie plan has been going for years and is very popular. I did it and also the calorie cycling (when calorie counting) and made up a similar idea for when I was on slimming world. Each time it really helped.

Managed to knock a 12 week plateau on the head with SW doing it.:cool:
