Yo-Yo....

    ... would be the best way to describe my dieting habits.

    I do believe it's also a way of saying 'hello' amongst the youth of today also. so 'hi' and 'hello' :D

    I managed to lose a stone earlier this year and through one thing and another, dropped out of SLimming World. Fortunately, for once I haven't regained it but due to recent health problems have begun to realise that SW is the best way forward for me. Unfortunately, due to my erratic work hours and juggling family life and a boyfriend that I don't live with, I'm really struggling to prepare proper meals especially as I can no longer eat 3 reasonable sized meals a day but find it better (due to my health) to eat 4-5 small meals instead.

    Any tips would be gratefully received :kissass:
