Yoga or Pilates?

I'm doing alot of high impact activies at the mo, kettlebells, spinning, gym, etc, which I love, but thought I would like to do some to help with flexability. I'm not sure if I should do yoga or pilates though, any advice gratefully received!

I have done a couple of classes of yoga a few years ago, somehow I got quite emotional! I had stuff going on at the time and maybe the moves made it come out!
 
In my experience, I view yoga for stretching/flexibility, and pilates for core/toning. So if it's flexibility you want, yoga is your best bet!
 
ive done pilates and yoga - it really depends on the teacher. but as the other post says generally yoga has a flex bias, pilates good for core. I used to get closed to falling asleep at the end of yoga....
