Hi everyone
Has anyone tried the yokebe shake diet advertised recently available from Superdrug? I've bought the starter pack and just about to do the 7 day detox and then more onto adding one meal plus two shakes next week.
I was just wondering how u got on with it?
Need a kick start xx
