Thought i would start my diary of refeed again to keep track of things etc

Started refeed yesterday. Really enjoyed it as well.

Had 3 x vanilla shakes (female servings)

For my meal i had 6 oz chicken. 3oz in tex mex spices and the other 3oz in piri piri spices with salad of lettuce, toms, cucumber and red onion.

This was rather nice tbh lol thoroughly enjoyed it also washed down with about 3 litres of water and black coffee. stayed away from fizzy pop untill saturday night.

Will update todays later on or in morning but its going great and am hoping to drop a couuple of pound this week too as im goign real carb steady as i knwo this is my main problem area

Yup - carbs are evil! :giggle: Am avoiding all the nasty ones for a while! :D Your chicken sounds lush adam, where did you get them spices? supermarket?

Thank you yeah there just shop bought from asda only cheap but add some good flavour

Yum from me too. Do you put your spices on before cooking or after ?
Before cooking, i put it in tin foil with the spices then in oven for like 25 minutes

Anyway i shall fill in day 2 now

for breakfast a choc LT shake

Lunch was chicken piri piri with salad and chillis, it was rather nice once again and i arent getting bored of it wat so ever lol

Then mid afternoon before the gym i had a vanilla shake. Did 35minutes of la cardio lol

Then i had some cod with salad which was lovely, really missed my fish.

About 3 litres of water and a few black coffees also, still no fizzy pop

Then where it went badly lol

My sis got engaged last night, so thought what the feck and had some things i shouldnt. Had half a small tub of ben and jerrys, a drop of malibu, bottle of stella and a kit kat chunky lmao

Crazy combination, just couldnt stop, well eventually managed to but its all good, it was a celebration after all good job i did those 35mins of cardio is all im saying lol

Anyways going to be having a few drinks tonight few vodka and pepsi maxs and a couple of buds. After tonight though there wont be no alcohol for the rest of my refeed days. Will also be no sweet stuff i think iv got that out of my system now, i enjoyed it but arent craving it no more which is good :) scales look like there has been no damage done also

LOL - it is the kit kat chunky that got me !! half a tub of ice cream and the booze was a weakness, but that kit kat was just crazy. It is always after drinks that we go for the munchy .... maybe keep a carrot with you next time

Thanks very much, pretty sure iv put on a couple of pound like but if thats all then i arent too worried as ill work on dropping that over the next few weeks

Anyway day 3 went like this

Started really well

Had a shake for breakfast and tex mex chicken salad for lunch.

Another shake in the afternoon before i hit the gym for a big arms session which went really well.

THEN lol i got home and started drinking. I couldnt stop eating lol i had my tea which was undyed smokes haddock a potato boiled and some salad. very very very nice. Nice and healthy too.

Then a few more vodka and pepsi maxs went down and i had half a bag of crisps, small tub of ben and jerrys ice cream made into a milkshake with malibu and full fat milk, a choc bar and some sweets. Also had 4 bottles of budweiser.

I was wasted and felt sick id eaten so much **** lol not like me for all the sweet stuff

Anyway i think iv put on a couple of pounds after getting on work scales ( roughly know the difference from pharmacy ones) but iv certainly got it out my system and feel better for it as am now focussed on a good week.

And today day 4 has gone better like so;

Working nights so will have an extra meal as obviously up for lot longer.

Had a shake earlier on then a sunday dinner which was roast chicken, potato mashed with no butter or milk, brocoli and cauliflower. really enjoyed it.

Snacks i had an apple and a fat free yoghurt.

Evening meal has been some of the chicken left over and some veg whichw as brocoli carrots and sweetcorn.

Really enjoyed this and feel more in control today.

Later on am going to have a ham and tuna salad all washed down with plenty of water. Had 500 mnl pepsi max today, might have another later on but doubt it.

Just to keep it like this for rest of the week and then am all set tbh...

Right am back in control now

Had half my tuna/ham salad with a bottle of water. Other half at 4am.

Im back on track now tbh, the cravings have subsided as i have controlled them. Im trying to push food out of my mind set and in doing so has made me realise im not even hungry when wanting the food its just boredom

Anyways thats about it for tonight. Not realy much more to add.

Thanks very much guys

Am back in the swing of it now not had a lapse since saturday and feel all in control of it. yes today i have snacked but its been healthy snack of fruit and fat free yoghurt which i know im good with from before.

Weigh day tomrow and very nervous as id hate to put on but feel that i just might put a pound or two on. Saying that i wouldnt be too dissapointed as i did mess it up major friday and saturday so in a sense that would be a decent result.

Anyway will update this in the early hours, obviously on nights so only had the snack of fruit and yoghurt so far bout to have a tuna salad in about half hour washed down with some nice still water and maybe a black coffee

Watching the fizzy drinks too as i am just trying to keep water intake up as im in the routine so its all good.

Also friday night going out for an indian so im gunna be extra good all week so i can really enjoy it. treating my mum and dad as they have been very good with me and very supportive so little payback for them

Well done for getting back on track hun.
That dreaded alcohol - I too always fancy binging when I have had a few too many vodka's, and I also feel like I am hungry, but the difference between being hungry and having a craving is tremendous, which is what I am just getting used to now.

I was driving home from work yesterday and I had really cut down my food, and I felt real hunger for the first time in weeks. Its all about listening to our bodies and taking control of the feelings.

Glad to see you back on track.
