Thought i would start my diary of refeed again to keep track of things etc
Started refeed yesterday. Really enjoyed it as well.
Had 3 x vanilla shakes (female servings)
For my meal i had 6 oz chicken. 3oz in tex mex spices and the other 3oz in piri piri spices with salad of lettuce, toms, cucumber and red onion.
This was rather nice tbh lol thoroughly enjoyed it also washed down with about 3 litres of water and black coffee. stayed away from fizzy pop untill saturday night.
Will update todays later on or in morning but its going great and am hoping to drop a couuple of pound this week too as im goign real carb steady as i knwo this is my main problem area
