Must haves on a SW shopping list?

I'm going to be starting SW for the first time on Monday night (going to group). I've never tried it before and today I'm doing my online food shop. I've read various posts on here and the SW website and I *think* I've got a reasonable idea of what I can eat. However, as I haven't got the books yet, I wondered what you would put on a 'must have' list for living a SW lifestyle. I especially have a sweet tooth, so anything free or very low syn that's sweet would be fab!

Shopping List

Hi everyone, new to minimins & starting SW on Thursday, i know meals etc are down to personal taste but are there any ingredients items i can stock up on before i start on Friday morning? Cupboards are bare so needing a massive monthly shop so if there are items that i can get in at the moment all the better :)

I like things like baked beans, pasta, rice, potatoes, tomatoes (tinned & fresh), onions, carrots, frozen veg, that way there is always something I can make. I'm not a big meat eater so can't help there, but chicken (without the skin) is free.

There are lots of threads like this have you tried doing a search for more ideas.
