your ups and downs

or even in between how many do you have in your typical week
I have Monday wed and Friday UD
Sunday, Tuesday and Thurs DD
Saturday in between day
I will see how this works and see if I have a loss this Friday now I am getting used tto the plan.I found the week i only had 2 DD didn’t loose .How is it working for you and how much do you need to loose x
 
I only started JUDDD a week ago and decided to do alternate days so each week my DD's and UD's will fall on different days. Depending how I get on I might continue with this or do the Mon, Wed and Fri as DD and the rest as UD like a few other members are doing.

It's too early to tell how it's working for me yet. I am going to weigh in once a week but promised myself I would make a decision on whether to stick to JUDDD or go back to a VLCD after JUDDDing for at least one month... So that means I must not let my weigh in tomorrow upset me! hahaha easier said than done with me ;)

I have about 3 and a half stone to lose until I'm at goal
