    Are you strict and do you weight yourself only once a week?
    i weight myself everyday and at least 4 times a day, it's amazing to see how the weight fluctuates during the day, after i had all my shakes and water i can be 5 pounds heavier.

    i never weighed myself in 5 years before starting lipotrim and only get weighed in the chemist each week i couldnt hack it daily lol x x x

    i weigh at home every morning, and quite often pop into my chemist for a sneaky one (i sometimes go in there 3 times a week to weigh myself-that's on top of my weekly weigh in)

    I only weigh myself at home first thing in the morning.. I think if i done it any more and saw a 5lb difference, i would cry!! lol x x

    first thing every morning - post bathroom, and pre getting dressed. If by chance I forget then I make sure I dry my hair! - ridiculous I know but even with my short hair I'm convinced its so think it would weigh atleast 2lbs when wet!

    Especially as I'm not seeing any difference at the mo I need to know weights coming off so I weigh myself every morning immediately post bathroom and no clothes, then again at night right before bed same routine as am.
