What plan do you follow ? i did mainly ee but when i had a red week my weight loss improved. now i try and mix it up a bit, might be worth a try. Good luck x

Do you keep a food diary? Are you writing before biting?

Try upping your superfree and your speed/ superspeed foods?

I plan meals at home and take left overs to work. I don't tend to write down my food. I think I need to start writing everything down

Yep, write it, I still do, over a year later! Double and triple check everything and WEIGH your syns!
