Guys,

I am on induction and doing well. I really started craving something sweet but I knew we werent allowed anything with sugar so....I whipped 3 tbs of whipping cream with a little bit of splenda and voila, it tastes absolutely delicious and as it is so sweet you dont want anything else after it. Totally satisfying!

yes-and I have always loved cream now I can actually have it without feeling guilty this is the best diet ever!

I loved Hythe, It's great to live by the sea side. I used to go swimming nearly everyday in the summer after School.
