Oh wkends is going to be hard! im not expecting much of a loss tomorrow but am following wk as im on track now, total calories for today just over 1500
How many calories have you been having dont want to go to low, just incase weightloss slows down might need to drop a few calories x
I'm aiming for 1680 a day but I've been under every day, just while I get back into it, I'll start lowering it over next few weeks though as I get used to smaller portions etc xx
I think ill try have between 1500-1800, as I want to carry on feeding abit longer, but will lower it when my weightloss slows down x
Have you got a time when you want to be at ur target, im hoping for Christmas as it gives me plenty of time x
Well done, not weighed yet, is it 3 wks left to christening im sure you cud get anther 5 off by then, dont put any pressure on yourself. I'm saying xmas to be my latest for target but wud love to be at target by Hollie is 6 mths x
Thanks hun, I wasnt dieting just craving alot of chocolate for energy, I think I gained about 5lbs so need to lose 2lb toget that weight off. This is my second wk of dieting wished I started sooner now.
