I feel so much more in control today, knowing I have a clear diary for a few weeks. I am meeting friends but can have salad, but no weddings or birthdays coming up. Feels good, it really played with my head knowing I would have to stop and start again. Phew, I'm back in control at last!!! Xxx

But I am bloody freezing!!!!
I don't remember being this cold for years!!!
I can't stop saying to my son, it's cold, I'm freezing, my hands are cold, my feet are cold! think his getting fed up with me lol xxx
