Fell off the wagon for a couple of days, feel really bad but time to get back on track! Gonna kick off with a couple of red days.

So, i forgot today was sunday so im on EE today. Did a 3 mile run this morning, it was freezing!!

Brunch - orange, bacon, poached egg, wild rocket, toast (HEB).

Dinner - roast chicken, carrots, suede, cabbage, sweetcorn, SW potatoes, yorkshire pud (3syns), gravy (2syns).

Totally fell off the wagon today, hubby decided he wanted to take his mum out for something to eat. I had planned to be good but just ate bad, so cause i ate bad decided to have wine in the evening!

Not sure if SW is working for me, I trust the plan but can't seem to stick to it. I did atkins last year and i had no issue sticking with it so i don't know where i'm going wrong!
