ita now 9.10 n im strugglin to not go n get choc out the kitchen!!! Food diary 4 2moz:

S- bakewell tart (swiss tart from this bakery) havnt got a clue on syns but im guessing its about 10!!

finally booekd my driving lessons today: starting to get motivated with my life lol.. and only lot few lb this past week but feel slimmer!!! less bloated etc..

There are loads of great tasty recipes on here, try highlighting the recipe press ctrl + c open up a word document (new) click on the top of page now press ctrl + v and hey presto no writing.... hope this helps and saves you time.....:)
